Our are manufactured here using the main raw material, Bitumen from IOC, Chennai and Imported emulsifiers that confirm to ASTM/ IS standards which are thoroughly tested in our Laboratory before production, during production and after production. The tested finished products, which are confirming to IS 8887 : 2004 are cleared for dispatch in 200 kg RC drums and also in Bulk manner in tankers. Latest Technologies are used in production with experienced Engineers and Technicians.

Grade
Usage
Rapid Setting (RS -1)
Provides rapid deposition – mainly used for Tack coat.
Rapid Setting (RS -2)
Provides rapid deposition – mainly used for Tack coat and surface Dressing
Medium Setting (MS)
A versatile grade, comparatively slower deposition, Used for Repair work/Surface dressing , Plant or road Mixes with coarse aggregates and penetration macadam
Slow Setting (SS -1)
Consumes long time to form bituminous film with best Penetration on a porous medium, used for Prime coat, Crack sealing and Fog Seal.
Slow Setting (SS -2)
Consumes long time to form bituminous film with best Penetration on a porous medium, used for Prime coat, Crack sealing and Fog Seal. Low in solvents, provides slow deposition of bituminous Film, used for plant or road mixes like MSS, SDBC, Slurry Seal and Prime coat applications

Using for Operating Central Mix Plany (CMP)

Method of Use :

  • Never leave the stored Bitumen Emulsion exposed to atmosphere.
  • Never mix water in emulsion to be stored. Store in cool place above 50 C.
  • Never heat emulsion above 700 C.
  • Never mix different grades of Emulsions. Always arrange dedicated storage for each type.
  • Do not use emulsion at place having water-logging or running water.
  • Do not use when it is raining continuously.
  • Always clean surface of application before application of Bitumen Emulsion.
  • Stir the bulk stored before use. If stored in barrels, roll the Emulsion barrels at-least 6-7 times to provide effective mixing of ingredients.
  • Draw the required quantity and immediately reseal the storage airtight for subsequent use.
