Our manufacturing Facility was established in the year 2009 in the name of Muthoos, and then partitioned as ‘BHARATH’ in 2016, at Thiruvallore District nearby Chennai as a SSI unit. We fabricate Liquid Bitumen Emulsion using good quality raw materials that confirm to ASTM/ IS standards.

We have established our Foot print and Market share all over Tamilnadu, Karnataka and in Andhrapradesh with the help of State of the Art Plant, Stringent Quality Control measure, Qualified and Experienced Technocrats, Chemists, Customer care and Sales executives.

Bitumen Emulsion

Rapid Setting (RS -1)

  • Provides rapid deposition
  • mainly used for Tack coat

Rapid Setting (RS -2)

  • Provides rapid deposition –
  • mainly used for Tack coat and surface Dressing.

Medium Setting (MS)

  • A versatile grade, comparatively slower deposition, Used for Repair work/Surface dressing
  • Plant or road Mixes with coarse aggregates and penetration macadam
Engine

Slow Setting (SS -1)

  • Consumes long time to form bituminous film with best Penetration on a porous medium,
  • And also used for Prime coat,

Slow Setting (SS -2)

  • Consumes long time to form bituminous film with best Penetration on a porous medium, used for Prime coat, Crack sealing and Fog Seal.
  • Low in solvents, provides slow deposition of bituminous Film.

Fuel Oil

  • Using for Operating Central Mix Plany (CMP)
